Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures as a safety leader.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and track training programs across Highland Valley Copper.
  • •Develop and maintain data-driven training dashboards, predictive insights, and summary reports to track key KPIs and support decision-making.
  • •Apply data science and analytical techniques to evaluate training effectiveness and workforce capability gaps.
  • •Collaborate with Training Designers and Developers to update SOPs and course materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline training delivery.

Salary: CAD 4,100 - 4,825 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data sets.
  • •Exposure to data science concepts such as statistical analysis, data modelling, or machine learning is an asset.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Learning Management Systems, and/or SharePoint is considered an asset.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
