Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the construction team and directly manage construction leaders for on-island construction and onshore precast execution.
  • •Develop project planning and detailed schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee contractor construction planning and execution to ensure compliance with project objectives, obligations, and requirements.
  • •Champion safety and steward an Integrated Safety Plan for island and brownfield work, including SIMOPS, and review contractor safety plans.
  • •Manage brownfield interfaces and report construction progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and delays to the project team.
