Job Summary

Join a 4–8 week onboarding and education program to become a Retail Personal Banker II focused on consultative sales and relationship building. Promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services to meet customer needs, using Financial Needs Assessment and approved marketing tools. Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, partner with business specialists, and guide CSRs on sales and referral processes while maintaining risk, compliance, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities for acquiring new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through NMLS.
