•Act as SME for firmware and supply chain to optimize hardware-software interface and manufacturing yield.
•Lead bring-up, debugging, and define rigorous testing protocols for design validation.
•Provide cross-functional consultation and mentorship to R&D in Taiwan on high-performance design methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Advanced circuit design with high-fidelity simulations.
•Proficiency in Altium Designer (managed libraries and 3D modeling preferred).
•Design for Excellence (DfX) including LVD/EMC, mass manufacturing (DFM/DFT).

•Production documentation expertise (BOM management, Gerber files, assembly drawings) and Git version control.
