•Draft and publish LinkedIn posts for Scout’s company page and founder profiles.
•Turn customer insights, industry observations, and internal research into clear content; track performance and maintain a content calendar.
•Research retail, grocery, CPG, and AI trends to identify strong content angles.
•Help create thought leadership around retail operations, AI automation, back-office workflows, and margin improvement; assist with SEO/GEO efforts and content optimization.
•Support Operations & Research tasks including onboarding, data organization, QA, and documenting internal processes to enable scalable workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

•Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to operate with incomplete information.
