Job Summary

Join a Retail Financial Center team as a Personal Banker I focused on consultative sales. Complete a 9-week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, earning certification to serve customers effectively. You’ll use Financial Needs Assessments to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, set appointments with marketing tools, partner with business teams, and meet customer experience and production goals.

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend value-based solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities (e.g., onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events).
•Own portions of the consumer loan and bankcard process and participate in opening/closing and ongoing fraud/risk mitigation practices.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
