Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Store Manager and model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Assist store management in training and coaching staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
  • •Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities.
  • •Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
  • •Support store operations and visual merchandising by helping get products to the floor and drive customer-focused initiatives.

Key Requirements
