Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SCM leadership and cross-functional teams through professional communication and efficient coordination.
  • •Plan meetings and manage complex calendars, including frequent calendar shifts.
  • •Handle executive protection logistics and travel coordination; arrange complex travel plans and prepare/reconcile T&E and purchase card reports.
  • •Use Coupa/Concur and company software to process invoices, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • •Create presentation/proposal packages, maintain project documentation, and support weekly project and stakeholder calls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 130,000 annually

  • •6+ years in a project manager/administrator role supporting corporate security and facilities operations.
  • •3+ years working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
