Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire and apply knowledge of products, customers, competitors, and sales techniques to support the sales force.
  • •Develop and run training plans for P&G Health, including medical detailing diagnosis and training programs focused on product knowledge and sales skills.
  • •Analyze team performance to evaluate training effectiveness and design follow-up programs; develop dashboards/reports to identify execution gaps.
  • •Implement regional training strategies with the RBU, provide feedback on adoption, and ensure completion of mandatory trainings and stewardship culture reinforcement.
  • •Own HCP interaction governance and stewardship compliance: translate policies into execution guidance, monitor compliance KPIs/spot checks, identify risks, and drive corrective action and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Communications or a related discipline.
  • •Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a must.
  • •1-3 years of experience in healthcare, training, or medical promotion roles (Representative or First Line Sales Manager).
  • •Up to 3 years of experience designing/developing learning programs.
  • •Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Medical, Marketing, Sales, and Field teams).
