Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee the SIMO Safety, Health and Quality Assurance (QA) program, emergency response procedures, and environmental policy.
  • •Create, implement, and manage workplace safety programs to ensure compliance and protect employees from hazards.
  • •Oversee safety training, inspect/verify compliance, and maintain accurate safety records.
  • •Analyze incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies to institute changes that improve safety.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations for a contract segment and support reliability and QA implementation, including verifying LCAT compliance and supporting VPP Star Status.

Salary: USD 91,461 - 155,768 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental, industrial, safety and health (or related); alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4+ years of experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of NASA, OSHA, and EPA standards.
  • •15+ years of operational/industrial safety experience in heavy infrastructure.
  • •6 years in a lead or supervisor role (in addition to the minimum experience requirement).
  • •OSHA 30 certification and Emergency Medical Training/ICS certifications (with desired additional certs such as PMP or IFMA Certified Facility Manager).
