Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage global special projects including health & safety programming, global design standards, emergency response programming, WVPPs, and sustainability across the office portfolio.
  • •Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional workplace leads to roll out emergency response plans and WVPPs that meet local regulatory requirements while aligning to global standards.
  • •Own the global rollout of workplace tooling/software by evaluating, piloting, implementing platforms (e.g., desk booking, occupancy, ticketing), and driving stakeholder training and adoption.
  • •Build and maintain the FDOB checklist/playbook and manage portfolio-level calendar tracking for moves, expansions, and new office openings.
  • •Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track milestones/dependencies/risks; manage vendor relationships tied to global contracts; and report to the Global Workplace Operations Manager.

Salary: USD 120,900 - 181,300 annually

  • •5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management, including cross-functional programs (e.g., health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, tooling rollouts).
  • •Experience building playbooks and standards for others to execute rather than running every project personally.
  • •Manage vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.
  • •Strong project management fundamentals across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
