Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team for large/complex water treatment and water network projects to ensure accurate, efficient delivery.
  • •Deliver process engineering and design solutions, planning and designing deliverables against engineering standards.
  • •Handle client liaison and prepare reports and contribute to proposals within existing frameworks.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement and identify/support potential business development opportunities.
  • •Train and mentor staff (especially more junior team members) and develop/maintain project health and safety strategies, including risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written and verbal English and strong communication/presentation skills.
  • •Technical understanding of water industry standards and experience in water treatment and water network schemes.
  • •Relevant degree and professional qualification (IChemE or equivalent).
  • •Experience delivering process engineering and design solutions with strong attention to detail and judgment.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and engage in early-stage design; experience with offshore resourcing for project delivery.
