Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Treasury security posture from assessment through remediation and ongoing maturity improvements.
  • •Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews across Treasury offerings.
  • •Define and implement secure SDLC practices for the product surface area, including security guardrails, CI/CD integrations, and developer guidance.
  • •Drive Treasury cloud security architecture across Azure and AWS, covering IAM, network segmentation, encryption, zero trust controls, Kubernetes traffic policies, and WAF/DDoS strategy.
  • •Manage vulnerability discovery and closure via security assessments, penetration testing, and bug bounty; triage, prioritize, remediate, and validate with an automation bias.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of security engineering experience with hands-on product and infrastructure security work.
  • •Expert product security skills including STRIDE threat modeling (or equivalent), OWASP Top 10+, API security, and authentication/authorization design.
  • •Deep cloud security expertise across Azure and/or AWS (and/or GCP), including IAM architecture, network security, secrets management, Kubernetes/container security, and infrastructure-as-code security.
  • •Hands-on DevSecOps experience with static/dynamic analysis, software composition analysis, secrets scanning, container scanning, and CI/CD pipeline security integration.
  • •Strong software engineering skills in Python or Go (or equivalent) to build security tooling and integrate controls into engineering workflows.
