•Serve as a servant leader for a cross-functional engineering team; recruit, develop, and retain talent; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
•Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define technical strategies and translate needs into engineering roadmaps and initiatives.
•Collaborate on software architecture and design, reviewing designs and guiding application of modern patterns (API-first, modular services, event-driven).
•Drive engineering excellence across the SDLC, including code reviews and quality, security, resiliency, maintainability, and performance.
•Own operational health through observability and reliability engineering; lead incident diagnosis and corrective actions; manage delivery, risk, and escalations.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 231,000 annually
