  • •Serve as a servant leader for a cross-functional engineering team; recruit, develop, and retain talent; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
  • •Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define technical strategies and translate needs into engineering roadmaps and initiatives.
  • •Collaborate on software architecture and design, reviewing designs and guiding application of modern patterns (API-first, modular services, event-driven).
  • •Drive engineering excellence across the SDLC, including code reviews and quality, security, resiliency, maintainability, and performance.
  • •Own operational health through observability and reliability engineering; lead incident diagnosis and corrective actions; manage delivery, risk, and escalations.
