Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the sole in-region PBP for LATAM, providing on-the-ground People support and representing the global PBP team.
  • •Advise, coach, and influence leadership on performance management, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, org scaling, training, culture, inclusion, and engagement.
  • •Partner across time zones with departmental PBPs, People leadership, and COE teams to align global programs with local needs.
  • •Build and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs in collaboration with COE colleagues.
  • •Analyze people data to drive data-driven people decisions and help handle complex employee relations issues using best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as an HRBP or in a related global HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies.
  • •Experience acting as a sole or lead People partner for a region or business, comfortable working without a local People team.
  • •Strong analytical and reporting skills, with HRIS experience (Workday is a bonus).
  • •Experience supporting employee relations and global employment practices.
  • •Business-level Portuguese and English fluency required; business-level Spanish strongly preferred.
