Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering and business teams to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities with measurable value.
  • •Embed with teams to rapidly prototype AI solutions, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs.
  • •Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications (agents, workflow automations, retrieval systems, internal tools).
  • •Build role-specific AI assistants via the internal plugin marketplace to automate repetitive work and improve productivity.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery and experimentation through deployment and continuous improvement, balancing speed with engineering quality.

Key Requirements
