Key Responsibilities

  • •Outreach to acquire mortgage sales from intermediaries (property developers, brokers, real estate agencies, solicitors)
  • •Handle mortgage referrals and contact customers for application appointments
  • •Meet customers and take completed mortgage applications with required documents, and pass to Mortgage Sales Centre for fulfilment
  • •Consistently deliver service standards and enhance customer experience through mortgage services
  • •Cultivate and maintain good relationships with agencies/brokers/solicitors

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledgeable in Mortgage products and credit guidelines
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across stakeholders to meet multiple deadlines
  • •Able to work independently and collaboratively with frontline staff and internal departments
