Job Summary

Oversee civil construction projects, coordinating planning, design, estimation, scope definition, and techno-commercial aspects while ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety, structural engineering practices, and building codes. Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, enforce safety rules, review blueprints, manage R&D/IMS-aligned HSE initiatives, and ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget requirements.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
•Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
•Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
•Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
•Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
•Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience a plus
•ERP knowledge, SAP functional skills preferred
•Strong understanding of construction principles, codes, and materials; ability to interpret drawings and blueprints
•Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and resources
