Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L at the regional/GBE/LOB level by monitoring pricing, orders, revenue, variable contribution margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion.
  • •Perform regular financial performance monitoring, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and business performance.
  • •Oversee recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and preparation of financial reports, and support monthly operating reviews.
  • •Drive standardization and automation of financial processes and reporting to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while collaborating with corporate and functional leaders to set and achieve financial targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Exposure to tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
