Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS, managing system configuration, functionality, security, permissions, and access levels.
  • •Configure, program, test, validate, and deploy enhancements while ensuring reliable performance across domestic and international locations.
  • •Design, map, and maintain system fields, workflows, integrations, and business rules supporting Facilities and enterprise operations.
  • •Partner with the hosted solution provider to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, coordinate upgrades, manage customizations, and resolve issues.
  • •Lead UAT, quality assurance activities, and production deployments for system releases; deliver training and documentation and support ongoing improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
