•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline sales goals and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Display initiative by planning and prioritizing, applying strategic thinking, and championing change.
•Train and develop associates through roleplay, coaching, monitoring store associate training, and completing quarterly personal goalsetting.
•Assist the store manager with recruiting and networking to ensure high-caliber hiring and maintain bench strength.
•Support compliance and operational standards including store schedule, timecards, payroll, and adherence to company policies and visual guidelines.
