Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the canonical clinical platform layer: validated patient record and patient identity, service catalog, composition grammar, and authoring surface for human and AI-agent users.
  • •Define how care composes across licensure, modality, and supply source, enabling faster pathway creation through configuration rather than engineering.
  • •Serve as the single writer of the validated record and patient identity, owning schema, validation rules, and integrations that write into it.
  • •Be DRI for the extended networks platform by bringing external clinical partners on-platform and driving coverage, quality, and patient experience.
  • •Publish and version interfaces, run migrations and deprecations, and partner with clinical strategy, partnerships, AI research, and health plan customer stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, including owning platform, infrastructure, or API products other teams build on.
  • •Experience turning hard-coded behavior into data-driven, configurable systems and diagnosing failures from wrong configurations.
  • •Strong product judgment for core entities and lifecycle, including shipping versioned interfaces and managing deprecations.
  • •Ability to operate in high-stakes environments with auditable consequences such as access control, safety, compliance, identity, logistics, or payments.
  • •Ability to set multi-year vision and roadmap while collaborating broadly across teams to deliver patient impact.
