  • •Build, Design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals.
  • •Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap.
  • •Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs.
  • •Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments.
  • •Own their own portfolio of agents from end-to-end and drive real impact at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
