Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer business challenges, requirements, operating models, and technology environments to identify transformation opportunities.
  • •Design end-to-end digital platform solutions, including solution blueprints and high-level architectures with scope, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and interoperability requirements.
  • •Recommend fit-for-purpose technologies and digital capabilities considering scalability, security, performance, cost, and time-to-market, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • •Lead customer discovery workshops, requirement gathering and validation sessions, and present solution architectures, value propositions, and implementation approaches to stakeholders.
  • •Develop technical proposals, solution documentation, SOWs, solution sizing/effort estimates, and lead RFP/RFQ/tender and proof-of-concept activities; hand over solutions to Engineering and Delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12–16 years of experience in IT, digital platforms, enterprise solutions, technology consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation, including 8+ years in solution consulting/architecture or pre-sales.
  • •Proven experience designing enterprise-scale digital platform solutions and translating complex business requirements into technology solutions.
  • •Strong experience engaging customers, senior stakeholders, and executives, including workshop facilitation and requirement gathering.
  • •Proven experience developing RFP/RFQ/tender responses, technical proposals, SOWs, solution sizing, and commercial inputs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science/IT/Information Systems/Software Engineering/Engineering); master’s and relevant certifications are advantageous.
