Support Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) on high-impact consulting and analytics projects for Nordics & Baltics clients. Key Responsibilities

•Support a team of experienced professionals delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
•Perform detailed analysis of client data to identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
•Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payments industry.
•Support development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique scenarios and needs.
•Assist senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions including business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvements.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in management consulting or adjacent analytical roles in Big 4 advisory/transaction advisory, investment banking, or the payments ecosystem.
•Graduated from a highly regarded university or business school.
•Exceptional analytical skills, using data to craft clear, compelling messages for clients and the business.
•Ability to address business challenges with data-driven methodologies and proficiency in analytic and business intelligence tools.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with a self-driven, results-focused approach.
