Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners to deliver exceptional customer experience and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
•Translate platform data into tailored strategic recommendations to drive measurable improvements in visibility and optimization.
•Guide clients through education and adoption journeys to ensure high engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
•Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions focused on optimizing content visibility, organic growth, and AI-discovery performance.
•Help agency partners position and sell Scrunch to their own clients and apply scalable playbooks to manage account volume without quality loss.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years in customer success or account management with direct agency experience or close work with agencies (e.g., agency-facing sales, partnerships, or CS in martech/adtech).
•Strong understanding of agency operations, including client servicing models, account team structures, retainer/scope dynamics, margin pressure, and technology evaluation/pitching.
•A builder mentality to identify gaps, create solutions, and help scale repeatable processes rather than one-off fixes.
•Strong communication skills to turn technical insights into persuasive, strategic action plans for clients.
•Experience in early-stage startups or SaaS environments where you helped define processes and customer success strategies.
