Job Summary

Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise digital health initiatives supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Lead multiple high-visibility programs across Patient Generated Health Data, connected device integration, and ambient AI clinical documentation, directing cross-functional teams and complex portfolios. Own program governance, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and enterprise deployment and sustainment, while advising senior leadership and government stakeholders to improve Veteran access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide executive oversight of multiple digital health portfolios, including PGHD, connected device integration, and ambient AI clinical documentation initiatives.
•Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for enterprise digital health transformation across the Veterans Health Administration.
•Direct complex, multi-workstream programs from concept through enterprise deployment and sustainment.
•Oversee program governance, staffing, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and performance metrics while coordinating clinical, technical, operational, training, and implementation teams.
•Lead stakeholder engagement with senior government and industry partners and mentor multidisciplinary teams to drive program performance and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,670 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred) or commensurate experience.
•Minimum 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, program management, or related fields.
•Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs, portfolios, or organizational initiatives.
•Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare technology implementations, digital transformation efforts, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
•Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across clinical, operational, technical, and program management personnel.
