Key Responsibilities

  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations, eliminations, and allocations.
  • •Manage intercompany transactions, subsidiary funding requests, and related compliance requirements across international entities.
  • •Support audits and financial reporting requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce manual work.
  • •Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or multinational organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial close processes, intercompany accounting, and statutory compliance.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex reconciliations, audit requests, and accounting documentation across multiple entities.
