Provide an exceptional retail experience by coaching and modeling customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Suggest looks aligned with the latest trends and current promotions, promote the Levi’s omni experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy. Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards and following store procedures.
