Provide exceptional customer experience by building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Process teller transactions and serve as part of the platform staff, helping customers understand and meet their financial needs using a consultative sales and service approach. Maintain product and process knowledge, collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues, and analyze customer credit information to align customers with appropriate solutions while following risk and ethics policies.
