Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new vendors on tablet and vendor portal usage.
•Demonstrate tablet features and portal functionalities to ensure vendors can perform key tasks (order processing, item availability, NS updates, invoicing, login).
•Provide ongoing support to vendors after training and troubleshoot portal/tablet issues.
•Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for vendor reference.
•Collaborate with product development to stay updated on new features and continuously improve training programs.

•1) Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new vendors on using tablets and the vendor portal. 2) Demonstrate functionalities and ensure vendors can perform essential tasks (order processing/modification, NS updates, invoice clarity, portal login). 3) Provide ongoing vendor support post-training and troubleshoot issues related to tablet operations and the vendor portal. 4) Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions. 5) Gather vendor feedback and collaborate with product teams to implement improvements.
