Key Responsibilities

  • •Swift contact with vendor.
  • •Collection of commercial documents for importation of goods for import clearance.
  • •Follow up with forwarder and collection of freight forwarder and trucking invoices to settle as per agreed rates.
  • •Adherence to complete ASN imported process.
  • •Collection of financial documentation to settle vendor dues.
  • •Update Inbound visibility platform daily.
  • •Collect financial invoices for all shipments.
  • •Adherence to expenses submission process.
  • •Followup quarantine reservation process.
  • •Report Damage, Short.
  • •Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.
