Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Manage implementation and upkeep of the master programme and short-term plans (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) for alignment with milestones.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and manage communications through regular meetings, reporting, and follow-up across clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Monitor progress and quality on site while supporting safety standards, compliance, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • •Produce project reports, develop and manage project schedules (including baseline setting and critical path analysis), and manage procurement for consultants (scopes, bids, and contract negotiation).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines, with strong communication and leadership; fluency in English required.
