Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary liaison coordinating grant/program communications between WR country offices and home office departments, ensuring consortium and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Lead grant/program compliance with US government, consortium, and WR knowledge management standards, including internal system setup and maintaining grant tracking systems up to date.
  • •Manage budgeting and financial invoicing, including reviewing monthly KPI performance, creating annual/rapid activation budgets, and overseeing portfolio cash flow needs.
  • •Coordinate quarterly programmatic and financial reporting across funding sources, including drafting schedules, incorporating feedback, and submitting reports in line with DMEAL guidance and donor expectations.
  • •Support business development and fundraising by developing sudden onset concept papers/proposals, scheduling kickoff meetings, and ensuring proposals follow WR guidance; assist with special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in international development, non-profit, or mission work.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting rapid humanitarian responses, including needs assessment, response strategy, partner selection, program design, implementation monitoring, and learning.
  • •Ability to manage remote and multi-location programs, preferably in complex humanitarian or fragile contexts.
  • •Experience working within consortium-led projects, including coordination with lead agencies and partners, governance, and collaborative decision-making.
  • •Master’s degree in management, humanitarian assistance, international development, or an advanced degree in a related field, plus ability to travel extensively and speak French.
