Join a retail financial center team as a Personal Banker I, using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-sell products, and deepen relationships. •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and partner with business associates (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers for holistic financial solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
