Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SI and PI simulations at feasibility, pre-layout and post-layout phases of AECG characterization boards and demo boards; establish design and layout guidelines.
  • •Coordinate with HW design, layout, NPI and manufacturing vendors to resolve SI/PI related issues.
  • •Execute end-to-end channel simulations for multi-Gbps serial lines (56Gbps, 112Gbps and beyond).
  • •Perform PI analysis simulations of HBM, DDR4/LPDDR4/DDR5/LPDDR5 and other memory buses.
  • •Characterize interfaces and verify simulations against measurements; prepare and implement PCB development checklists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 226,800 - 324,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a strong background in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity with experience in system SIPI or related fields.
  • •Experience leading SI/PI simulations across feasibility, pre-layout and post-layout phases for high-speed boards.
  • •Ability to coordinate with HW, layout, NPI and manufacturing vendors to resolve SI/PI issues.
  • •Proficiency with end-to-end channel simulations for multi-gigabit serial lines (e.g., 56Gbps, 112Gbps and beyond).
  • •Experience with PI analysis on memory buses such as HBM, DDR4/LPDDR4/DDR5/LPDDR5 and related interfaces.
