Key Responsibilities

•Manage NVIDIA Interconnect products to ensure flawless engineering implementation and maintenance
•Drive product yield management and coordinate methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products
•Implement product change control, build management, and resolve product failure issues
•Supervise quality and yield goals, collaborating with hardware build, validation, software, and other product engineers
•Develop and grow manufacturing partners’ capabilities, focusing on scalability and yield reporting

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience in product development, particularly in AOC/Transceivers
•Deep technical knowledge in hardware and/or software engineering related to optical product development
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE, CE, Optoelectronic Science and Technology, Optical Information Science and Technology, or comparable experience
•Experience in high precision connector/interconnects build, manufacturing, and testing
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced data analytics tools
