Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the renewal process for an assigned territory, tracking quote-to-close accuracy and following up consistently across high-volume accounts.
  • •Use Salesforce, dashboards, and health scores with AI tools such as Claude to analyze account data, flag risk early, prioritize focus, and keep forecasts accurate.
  • •Negotiate standard contract renewals using established pricing and packaging guidance, escalating complex or high-risk deals to senior teammates.
  • •Reach out to key stakeholders early in the renewal cycle to understand budget timing, approval processes, and potential blockers.
  • •Identify early risk signals and coordinate cross-functional support (Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, or Sales) when additional help is needed.
