Job Summary

Lead the development and technical delivery of multi-disciplinary aviation infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from masterplanning and feasibility through detailed design, construction, and handover. Build strong client relationships, provide strategic stakeholder advice, and represent AECOM at industry events. Identify and pursue new business by owning bids and proposals. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects and align team objectives with business goals across disciplines.
•Own the technical delivery of projects and provide technical knowledge and expertise to the design team for technical excellence.
•Build and maintain relationships with key clients and provide strategic advice to stakeholders; represent AECOM at meetings, events, and conferences.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

•Knowledge of Civil and Military Aviation standards and recommended practices (ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, MAA).
•Experience leading project teams and creating a positive team culture that encourages learning, professional development, and technical excellence.
