Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the DTD roadmap and run the annual roadmap-planning cycle, ensuring roadmap items include scope, business value, and measurable success criteria.
  • •Own and continuously improve the AlwaysOn demand-management process, including demand intake, triage/discovery, prioritization, and governance forum management.
  • •Lead and govern the Business Analyst team—allocating BAs, conducting stand-ups, establishing BA processes/standards, and ensuring BRDs are complete and formally approved.
  • •Coordinate CAPEX/OPEX estimation and dependency mapping across relevant DTD teams to support feasibility assessment and delivery-capacity planning.
  • •Maintain executive/operational reporting, manage governance forums, retain approvals/decisions for audit, and coach stakeholders on roadmap, demand, and requirements best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •8-10 years’ experience across digital/technology delivery, demand/portfolio management, product management, business analysis, consulting, or change management.
  • •5+ years of senior stakeholder-management experience, including engagement with directors and executive leadership.
  • •Proven experience in requirements discovery and developing/validating functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Experience leading/supervising Business Analysts and working across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery lifecycles.
