Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize dry etch processes to meet product requirements and improve process capability.
  • •Collaborate with process integration and other process development areas (e.g., wet etch, CVD, diffusion, metals, lithography, CMP) to create new solutions.
  • •Conduct root cause and failure mode analysis to understand hardware limitations and drive vendor solutions.
  • •Own the dry etch process roadmap to meet program and yield goals, including maintaining a pilot manufacturing line.
