Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the full revenue cycle: eligibility, coding, charge entry, billing, AR, and collections.
  • •Own the RCM strategy for 10k+ monthly claims across 15 states, focusing on reducing denial rate to <5% within 6 months.
  • •Monitor and improve KPIs such as days in AR, denial rates, clean claim rate, and net collections.
  • •Oversee claims submission, follow-ups, appeals, and payment posting.
  • •Develop and enforce RCM policies, workflows, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management;
