Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high-visibility, high-mix scheduling and material availability area.
  • •Conduct material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting; manage kit readiness with cross-functional teams.
  • •Provide production floor support for replacement part management, material staging, WIP movement, unit completion, and delivery to next steps per MRP schedule.
  • •Control the physical disposition of nonconforming or specially handled material, including returns, purging, WIP stops, and required component/configuration actions.
  • •Maintain integrity of shop-floor, MRP, and inventory systems using key performance metrics and support piece-part movement through internal resources and subcontractors.
