Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all employees assigned to the station, including selection, performance management, identifying development needs, and recognition.
  • •Provide direction and oversight to production activities, monitor A/C progress, and ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
  • •Coordinate station activities and communicate with the line, management team, and relevant parties to prevent and resolve operational problems.
  • •Ensure order and work material availability to guarantee work progress and complete specified work packages to cost, quality, and customer expectations.
  • •Support continuous improvement and performance management processes (e.g., production pace control, SQCDP boards, daily quality gates) and develop manpower forecast requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates Degree.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Aviation (manufacturing engineering, assembly processes, production methods) or equivalent.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing assigned employees.
  • •Knowledge of quality/logistics rules in aviation manufacturing and quality management systems.
  • •Effective communication in English and ability to use Microsoft Office; SAP and MES.
