Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess the current backend architecture and identify the highest-leverage areas for reliability, scalability, and security.
  • •Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to design and implement core abstractions (data model, data pipeline reliability, deployment patterns) to support growth.
  • •Define technical direction to scale infrastructure from hundreds to thousands of customers and from millions to tens of millions of documents.
  • •Raise the bar on backend engineering practices by building systems that make the right thing the easy thing for the team.
  • •Shape Heron’s platform evolution so the backend can support future products and requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 315,000 - 440,000 annually
