Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Real Estate and Infrastructure investment teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies across products and client segments — including content creation, messaging, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
  • •Provide ongoing key real-time product, investment and market updates to the sales teams, advisors, end-clients, portfolio managers and other key stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain high-impact content tailored to Private Wealth channels and business units – including monthly updates and commentary, quarterly fund reviews, investment themes, investment activity and deal updates, and various ad-hoc client requests.
  • •Address client and advisor inquiries related to private real estate and private infrastructure products and the underlying markets in which these strategies invest.
  • •Travel for in-person client engagement as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting, or wealth management with a focus on real assets (private real estate and/or private infrastructure).
  • •Deep understanding of private real estate and private infrastructure markets, investment structures, and performance drivers.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • •MBA and/or CFA preferred but not required.
  • •Desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment; ability to work across Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy and Business Development.
