Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design projects by directing and delegating work for more junior team members.
  • •Collaborate with design craft leads and cross-functional partners to craft innovative, high-impact customer experiences.
  • •Apply human-centered and inclusive design practices using data and research insights.
  • •Use customer, competitor, and market insights to influence a shared point of view for product and strategy decisions.
  • •Prototype and produce end-to-end design artifacts (e.g., journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs).
