Also coordinate onboarding and support People Operations initiatives through automation and scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies.
•Source, engage, and assess candidates using proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
•Conduct structured interviews and guide hiring teams through selection, providing market insights and recommendations.
•Coordinate onboarding and support employee lifecycle activities, maintain People & Culture documentation, and improve HR processes through automation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a global or remote organization.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms, plus strong analytical and organizational skills.
