Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain agentic workflows and automation solutions for Corporate Reliability Engineering.
  • •Translate CRE operational pain points into technical requirements, workflow designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Build maintainable code, scripts, APIs, connectors, and reusable automation components.
  • •Integrate automation solutions with approved enterprise systems, telemetry sources, knowledge repositories, and operational workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3–6 years of software development/automation engineering/AI-ML or agentic systems development with reliability or platform engineering experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience building maintainable code, scripts, automations, integrations, or workflow-based solutions and agent-based applications.
  • •Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, with experience building AI/LLM, API, and agent orchestration solutions.
  • •Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, and secure production-readiness practices including code review and testing.
