Job Summary

Analyze financials and provide decision-support analytics for the Americas Supply Chain organization. Support Distribution Centers, logistics, customer service, inventory, and supply chain administration through budgeting, month-end/quarter-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain and enhance standard reporting and metrics using systems such as SAP, Hyperion, BPC, and Excel, and partner with finance leadership to prepare executive presentations and ad hoc financial/operational projects.

•Provide financial and decision-support analytics to Americas Supply Chain leadership across distribution, logistics, customer service, inventory, and supply chain admin.
•Report and analyze Supply Chain Americas results with accountability for data accuracy; identify risks and opportunities and maintain standard reporting.
•Support budgeting, month-end/quarter-end close, and forecasting for regional supply chain cost centers; partner to understand performance vs budget/forecast/prior year.
•Consolidate Americas supply chain spending and analytics across functions and develop/product cost reporting support for quarterly processes.
•Prepare executive presentations and support ad hoc requests and financial/operational projects such as reporting enhancements and special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,208 - 77,760 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines (or equivalent education and years of experience).
•Interpret financial statements, analyze results, and identify key issues.
•Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting with strong financial modeling skills.
•Project management skills to manage multiple streams and keep work organized and collaborative.
•Experience with AI, ERP systems (SAP), financial reporting tools (Hyperion), and Excel and MS Office.
